    They are selling scrubber and battery bundles without batteries so I assumed they would be able to charge directly somehow.
    But trawling through the manual, I don’t see any diagram or info on direct charging so I guess it will need a charger, in which case not as good a bargain as I thought…unless the buyer already has Certa Plus accessories. Add a $30 charger would make the total only $10 cheaper than the bundle price.

      Oh, that is sneaky of them. I had no idea of what "skin only" was. That clearly seems like an ad designed to deceive; this is what bad business is coming to. Putting all that time and thought into deception.
