  • Aren't these useless now that the game has the 'Explorer Gadget' inbuilt?

    • Explorer Gadget is buggy for most some players and has a daily cap/limit.

I suspect in the future you can increase the cap by spending $$.

      • Interesting, i haven't had any issues with it. But for those with an issue, $74 seems decent

    • Absolutely not - explorer gadget is limited to a max of 80 (or the number of your level) catches per day. Go+ is unlimited. These are a vital tool for anyone playing this game consistently.

    • It's used for Pokemon sleep as well.

  • Picked one of these up in the week. Godsend for dumping great and ultra balls but my duomon 3 is certainly the better red ball auto catcher.

    • Does this use great/ultra?

      • it does once you take a soldering iron to it

      • Yes it does. But you need to ush the button for those, while normal balls are thrown automatically.

      • Yeah as others have said, you set the ball you want to throw and when it vibrates you just push the button.

You can also physically mod it to automatically throw those balls.

  • Picked one up, might try to mod it as a side project

      • What's the mod?

        • You open it up, and solder the vibration motor to a switch, then to the button on top, so if you enable the switch, it automatically catches with great and ultra balls.

          Here is how if interested

If you just want to disable the vibration motor, you can just chop the wire to it

    • My partner drowned his in a pool so I took to it to see if I could repair it and mod it at the same time. Incredibly easy to do. Disconnecting the buzz feature specifically made a world of difference.Havent tried the ultra ball mod yet but anyone with a soldering iron can do this.

  • Nice. A lot of people in the Pokemon sleep community have been waiting for the restock.

It's a lot better than using the phone to track and some smart watches play up for the syncing.
