CamelCamelCamel.I'm holding out for double strength
Thicker, more absorbent and the glue holding paper to roll is stronger on the Quilton so work a lot better if you use a tear off dispenser. Downside of the Quilton is you always have one layer separating which is a little annoying.
this is so true
bit the bullet and got one, thank you. but what does one layer separating mean, as in the plys seperate?
Yeah no matter how carefully you pull off that first glued down piece I seem to always get 1 ply separating. For me, I use a tear off dispenser so even with that it's better than the Handee which almost instantly separates from the roll so when you try to tear off a piece it just spins on the roll.
@Cheaplikethebird: i can certainly live with it if it's just the first one or two pieces that separates. I might need to look into a dispenser, it sounds super handy
@chubinh: I've spent so much money on kitchen toys and this is still one of my favourite purchases - https://www.amazon.com.au/Single-Handed-Damping-Cabinet-Kitc…
Keeps it off the counter and means if I have dirty hands I can rip off a piece with one hand without having to dirty the roll by holding it with the other.
@Cheaplikethebird: I was looking at the free standing ones but afraid they'd topple over easily. I might consider the Joseph Joseph wall mounted one which is similar to yours.
This. Never buying Handee or Viva again.
This one actually absorbs water instead of sitting in it.
Don't get this much worse than Viva. I should have lodged complaint about this product. Very brittle the quality of the paper
I wonder if anyone else feels the same way. I didn't like Viva at all the one time I brought it
Good price but holding out for double length.
