  • Congratulations on your new venture! However, the grocers I order from, https://shop.radheonline.com.au/, offer almost all items cheaper than yours. Unless you match their prices or reduce yours, it’s not a deal.

    • Noted, mate. We will review that and act on it.

      • I'd make it clearer you deliver only to parts of Sydney too.

    • The more competitors the better I say. Good on ya.
Otherwise the one dominant survivor ends up hiking prices at will.

      • lol- brilliant ozbargain name if you know Hindi!!

        • Kanjus toh true ozbargainer hai

  • Lol at the AI images when browsing categories…

  • Congrats on your venture, hope to see your service operate in Melbourne some day.

    • Thank you.

  • There is a delivery checker on the website without having to go to checkout.
“Sorry, we don't deliver there yet. We're Sydney-wide within about 35km of Westmead.”

    • Thanks for highlighting that. You can reach out to us at support@pantry2door.com.au if you are in Sydney but not within our reach yet. We will let you know when we expand.

  • I like traditional Indian sweets. Are there any biscuits or similar anyone can recommend? Also pickles.

  • So one order free? Is this a deal or free advertising?

    https://pantry2door.com.au/blogs/posts/why-we-charge-a-deliv…

Some Sydney grocery delivery options advertise free delivery. We don't, past a minimum order. This is the honest reason why, not the marketing version.

We'd rather charge the fee directly and be clear about what it's for, than fold it into product prices and call the delivery free.

We won't advertise free delivery and quietly raise product prices to cover it. We won't cut corners on packing or substitution to protect a delivery margin we're not charging for upfront. And we won't tell you the fee funds something it doesn't.

    • Currently orders above $29 is free for all (launch offer). This one is a special offer for OzBargain community.

      • Misleading title mate. Please correct.

  • Misleading title, not Sydney wide.

    • We are covering greater sydney region, in general about 35 kms of Westmead. If you are in Sydney but out side our service area, please connect with our team at support@pantry2door.com.au and we will reach out when we expand.

      • Totally understand but change title to suggest so. Sydney-wide is a misrepresentation.

  • All the best for your new venture.

How do you handle deliveries Sydney wide ?

    • We are a family owned business and a small fleet to help us deliver within 35 km radius of Westmead with plans to expand soon.

  • Cheers mate

  • How to go out of business let ppl order with no limit for free shipping, sure the competitors will put in lots of orders for items for $5 or less to random addresses across multiple accounts.

    • I think this is one off , minimum is 29 as per site

      • Might wanna change the title that says no min then lol

    • They perhaps have capacity to deliver sitting idle anyway and want to start establishing new routes around new customers.

  • Mate who drew this logo for you… It reads FDogr…

    • Mr gpt

    • Looks as if Pantry2door slammed the breaks too hard

Nonetheless - need more competition, so all the best on the new venture!

    • Yeah, funny enough, I could not find an option to change the image though. Don't know how this came out to be.

    • “Hey chat, please ignore all kerning and readability. Just have fun with it!”

  • Good luck

    • Thanks.

  • What are the top 3 best/best tasting Ghee that you recommend?
