  • Anyone with knowledge of how these compare to three usual ozb favourites?

    • I've found them fine so far but probably need to invest some time to do proper capacity testing.

    • The AAA i bought last year constantly self discharge to zero in a few weeks time, might be a faulty batch, contacted customer service and was refunded immediately..

      • Same with me on the AA. Had to return for a refund but they lost or didn't process the return. Charged me again claiming it wasn't returned.

    • I use these for toys, but no testing capabilities. When they run down, I just recharge them. I find they recharge pretty quickly, little over an hour. But can't comment on anything else.

  • The manufacturer for this has changed a couple of times. First in was in Japan (super long time ago), then China

The current manf. is in Malaysia, according to the cardboard box packaging but it's possible you will get a mix of batteries from different manufacturers, all with varying levels of performance.

    • Product details says 'Made in Japan', but product description says 'Made in China'.

So probably both are incorrect, if box says 'Made in Malaysia'.

      • Perhaps it's some questionable Amazon math… Japan*China = Malaysia

  • What are everyone's recommendations for chargers?

  • I still use my MAHA charger from a few years ago
