      $20 is the bank cards cap (maximum of $1000). If u reach $1000 on 1st order, just move on to the 2nd

      You definitely get 20% if you spend 200 or more. If you have a linked bank card you get that extra $20 as I understand it.

    In typical ShopBack fashion my cashback has tracked at the standard amount of 1% instead of 20%.. no exclusions in my cart just ShopBack having their way with me once more, you beauty!

    Tracking does not include gst, spent $213 and only track $191. So only 1%, will cancel my order.

          hey @gotyourback what constitutes as eligible order value? if i spent $205.45 is that eligible? i know shopback orders sometimes track at the value excluding gst, and cashback is awarded based on that.

          but now my order is now tracking at $186.78? does that mean im at the lower cashback rate? i dont think thats fair since all it says is $200 SPEND

            @Peter33: i was awarded a top up of 20% of the pre-gst value. i guess thats normal. so seems like it works out fine

            but no westpac bonus awarded yet

    Got email $2.94 coming your way soon - which is less than 1% possibly rounding down error but should be 2%
    Got second email today $50.00 coming your way soon - which is not 20% but should be $59.94.
