  • Green and Pink slightly cheaper at $229 but on back-order.

    • Yep, saw that, but thought I would do plain black as actually available.

  • Pay with afterpay and us AFTERPAY10 for another $10 off

    • Exactly what I did…picked up a green one $219

  • Margaritaville! That’s a dangerous addition to my culinary toolshed.

  • This craze ended 6 months ago didn't it?

    • We use ours often. So good for the kids when they have friends over - coles brand lemonade or juice makes for easy, cheap slushies

    • Summer is coming back

    • Summer is just getting started.

    • I'm still waiting for them to hit the second hand market, and then 5 years later, the side of the road.

    • It's $249 at Goodguys or $244 with price beat button so don't think Get 40 off will apply.

    • I did exactly this with the slushie Max, from $499 to $370 with price beat and $60 off.

From what I have seen the Max is well worth the extra for a bit more hassle free e.g a Wendy's style thickshake was 22mins in the normal slushie and 11 mins in the max plus had a just made texture to it compared to a melted version compared in the original

      • I've got the OG, the max would definitely be worth the extra. It's bigger, takes a higher percentage of booze, and is faster.

        • Exactly. That's why if there is a newer version that is meant to be better it is worth paying the extra to make sure it doesn't just become Ewaste. Just wish it was easier to clean than the original but not sure how they solve that problem.

          • @worthy1: I don't have any dramas, I flush and rinse when finished, then pull everything apart and put them in the top drawer of the dishwasher. Then clean the stainless steel cylinder by hand.

      • Any chance of a copy of receipt? Hoping to pick one up but Amazon is saying out of stock

  • lol the only non plastic component is the lever…

  • Heads up these are useless unless you are using / making drinks that are full of sugar…

    • I dunno about that, considering plenty of people are having the same success with sugar free and substitutes such as allulose. But yes, you need a 'sugar' that is how it works, but it can be a sugar alternative quite easily

    • Exactly, you must have sugar for it to freeze. The workaround is using a sugar substitute (I don't remember the popular brand name).

    • McDonald's can somehow much forzen Coke Zero.

  • this or 5 kmart ice cream makers

    • but wait, theres more (ice cream makers)

  • Slushi Max is down to $374.99 at Amazon too

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Ninja-SLUSHi-Frozen-Presets-Cybers…

  • I bought this for $299 with 30% cashback (effectively making it $210) at everyday market a month ago. Of course, doing that, you have to rely on it being tracked, and then wait for cashback.

  • Amazon business account gave me an extra $20 off so picked up the green one for $209
