  • Where are you getting the 85.3% figure from? The biggest discount is $219.99 —> $75.89 which is 65.5% off

    • The insoles, i think. 23 -> 4.20 = 83% off

      • Derp of course - very cheeky.

        • Guilty as charged! Gotta love that fine print math. 😉

          • @Taigoshoes: Honestly this is the last place you should be trying to pull a fast one with misleading wording. Insoles are not outdoor footwear making your post objectively wrong.

  • Up to 85.3% off Hi-Tec & Merrell Hiking Shoes

    Misleading claim. There's no hiking shoes with that discount amount.

    • Fair point! The 'up to' covers everything in the brand sale including accessories, but we’ll make sure to clarify the shoe-specific discounts. Thanks for the heads-up!

  • R they comfortable for long walks

    • Yes! They feature great ankle support and cushioning, making them a solid choice for long hikes or walks.

  • Merrell Yokota use the cheaper "Merrell" soles rather than Vibram soles they use on their better shoes. These are softer and don't last as well - but for basic hiking they can be fine and sometimes even more comfortable than the vibrams.

    I've owned (and worn out the soles on) multiple pairs of Yokota and would be all over this if they had half sizes… blah.

    • Love hearing from a true Merrell veteran! It's great that you've put the Yokota through its paces. We completely agree that the comfort is hard to beat for basic trails, though we totally share your pain regarding the half-sizes! Thanks for the great feedback!
