      u serious? i have absolu, idk if its my nose but its not an attractive smell to me at all, i knew i should stop blind buying highest rated perfumes, i bought it from amazon last month. its a bit repulsive. gives off leather jacket synthetic smell. it makes me dizzy, i thought elixier is sweeter?
      my fav out of my 50 bottles are spicebomb, ysl la nuit, most wanted parfum, PDM al thaeir, jpg elixier, sauvage elixier.
      this newly added absolu wouldnt even make the top 10 no cap..

    Thanks OP. I've seen this many times as an OzB favourite and always wanted to try it out. With my CK Eternity finishing up, this seems like a good candidate for replacement at this price!

        i believe perfumes are subjective. i don't have 'one-favourite' yet (maybe i haven't found it yet), never have bought the same twice. Until i get complimented on one more than once by more than one person to make one of them special, i like to keep exploring.

      Go and sample them. Have bought blind on some over-hyped ozbargan cheapies and regretted it about 3 times.

      Have you tried Versace Pour Homme Eau de Toilette? It’s a really nice shower fresh smell instead of an air freshener smell like CK

      I assume the one in OP is more of a spicy kick but could be wrong

          Also a decent one, they’re my go to everyday ones.

          Got bvlgari gyan for when I want it to really be noticed, at $420 a bottle it’s definitely not an everyday thing though… it’s lasted me 3 years so far

        Coincidentlly, i do have exactly this one, recently bought from a deal at iconic (was about $50 for 100ml, was the last one in their stock). I like it but keeping it for special occassions :) Almost finished CK Eternity was my everyday officewear.

      I hope you pump this stuff proper before it maturates fully because once it does, it' turns nuclear in a bad way - cloyingly dense and linear.

      But damm, the size of box casing looks so small (yes, I kept the previous case), and I had to make sure it was 100 ml, not 50 ml

    Good price. Got this one in Mar 25, haven't used it much. Pretty strong night time fragrance I guess.

    Recently picked up the classic Hugo 125mL for $50 flat from Amazon, can't go wrong and much better daily/summer scent.

    buy now, use later. i guess cooler nights are ok, but avoid during summer. best for winter.

    it is strong, and it lasts. it is a very woody and leathery scent.

    i reserve this more for more formal occasions, not an everyday scent imo.

    it is good, just know what you are in for.

    Almost jumped the gun but checked its notes in fragrantica. Top notes for this are woody and amber, which is strong and more formal imo. I usually go for citrus/aquatic top notes since I prefer fresh scents. Just type "[scent name] fragrantica" on google to check if you don't have time to try it out in person for some idea. Might be good to cross-reference with your favourite/usual scents first.
