====== ATM Direct Charging Fees ====== After 3 March 2009 the Reserve Bank of Australia introduced ATM direct charging in Australia. This allows ATM operators to charge their users a fee for completing a transaction at the ATM. The fee is displayed and charged by the ATM owner at the time of use, and will appear as a separate item on your account statement.
