This wiki page lists stores, the gift cards they sell, and where they can be used. Why is this useful?

Sometimes gift cards can be used at more stores than documented (e.g. Westfield at any EFTPOS, Dan Murphy's at Woolworth stores). Stores also sell gift cards for other stores (e.g. First Choice sells Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards).
