For non-associated users, the deal must meet these guidelines:
The seller must have a minimum of 90% feedback, based on at least 50 seller (not product) ratings over seller lifetime (exceptions below).
In the absence of sufficient feedback, an exception will be made if the seller has an established website (e.g. Kitchen Warehouse on Amazon, Kitchenwarehouse.com.au)
An exception may be made for items that are fulfilled by Amazon. Moderator discretion applies.
