    Voucher doesn't work for sale items.. just tried buying 2x Redken For Men Outplay Texture Putty (100ml)and using the code "LINE"

      Looks like it doesn't work with Redken for Men but works for other Redken products. For some reason the site lists 'Redken' and 'Redken for Men' as separate brands.

    KERAGIFT doesn't seem to be doing anything for me.

    I have two Kerastase products in the cart along with the 50ml Exlixir Ultime without applying any code. Is the code supposed to be taking off a further 20% off?

      That's annoying, they've changed the offers even though the email said valid until 29th.
      What happened this morning was that there was no free gift, and prices were already 20% off. When you added the code, the gift gets added.
      Looks like it has been changed to 15% off with gift automatically added. :(

      Hmm, I just tried putting the GHD IV Styler into my cart, then proceeded to checkout, picked a Sydney Metro address, and got two options for delivery:

      • International Standard - £0.00
      • International Tracked - £4.99

      What are you getting?

        The Ghd iv by itself has free shipping but the Scarlet deluxe collection doesn't. Shows £16.99 for me (same with both combined).
