I was Googling and Ozbargain searching for an hour yesterday trying to find ANY latex foam pillow for less than $70 before giving up in frustration. Then in the arvo I wandered in to my local Homeart because I saw thay had manchester stuff right down the back of the shop and there they were, on sale 50% off!!
Bought one, had a good sleep on it and now I'm going back to buy another to take up to my mining job to help with sleeping after night shift work. I've used a latex pillow (plain, not contour) for years after ditching various polyester pillows and have had excellent sleep ever since. (ymmv though). If anything this contour type seems even better to sleep on, or perhaps at 15+ years my existing latex foam pillow is just too old. :)
Anyway they have non-contour latex pillows, same price. Website has a nice store stock-check function that shows that almost all 130+ stores have stock (early 23/4/13). And no annoying request for your postcode, just one click to check stock right round Oz. :)
The sale has been on for a while but I only saw it yesterday, Sorry. What can I say … I'm a fifo mine worker and can't get to the shops very often, but I DO check Ozbargain's rss feed every day!
There's plenty of other stuff there at "up to 70% off" but I don't know if they're bargains. Check the HOMEART site quick and post if yoe see more bagains. I'm quite confident that these foam rubber pillows ARE. Let's go Ozbargain 'em! ;)
