VIP Pass - Movie World, Sea World, Wet’N’Wild Gold Coast 14 months Entry, 4 for The Price of 3

90

These are the 'anyone can buy' VIP passes, not just for locals - unlimited entry to all 3 parks, active from now til end of next June (ie June 2014) as far as I can tell. Plus if you buy before 30 June this year you can get 4 for the price of 3 - $99.99 for 1 or $299.97 for the 4.

Same offer available for their 'VIP Gold Pass - https://myfun.com.au/myfun/box-office/combo-passes/2013%20vi… @ $109.99ea or $329.97 for the 4. Includes plus, one FREE entry to both of Movie World’s amazing night time events, Fright Nights and White Christmas.

On another site (https://themeparks.com.au/box-office/vip-pass/vip-renew.aspx) it said that if you renewed an existing VIP pass they'd upgrade it to a Gold VIP Pass, couldn't find this on myfun.

Enjoy endless hours of fun at Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast with the new VIP Pass for only $99.99, and if you purchase before 30 June 2013, you can Buy 3 and Get 1 FREE.

With the awesome new Storm Coaster coming to Sea World and Mini Cars Driving School cruising into Movie World this September, it’ll be the best year of fun yet.

  • do they charge kids the same price as adults ?

    • For these (ie the combined park/VIP passes) it seems they don't have any concession prices.

      For individual entry,
Movie World One Day Admission Child (3-13 years incl.) $49.99
Movie World One Day Admission Pensioner $49.99

Sea World One Day Admission Child (3-13 years incl.) $49.99
Sea World One Day Admission Pensioner $49.99

Wet n Wild One Day Admission Child (3-13 years incl.) $34.99
Wet n Wild One Day Admission Pensioner $34.99

So depending on which park you're wanting to go to (and for how many days), it might be cheaper to get individual one day passes. 3 parks or 3+ days and you'll still end up on top with a VIP pass though.

  • The fun park deals are an annual thing now. It's worth getting if you will use it but I suggest not betting them until you plan to go as the price will reduce a little midway through the year so if you live interstate and plan to come to QLD for Xmas you may be better off holding out until you arrive.

    • so if you live interstate and plan to come to QLD for Xmas

It's highly unlikely you'll need an annual pass…

  • +2

I would get this deal, if there are 4 of you and you were only coming for Christmas holidays..and even if you intend going to each theme park once, still works out great deal compared o a single full price ticket to each theme park.

And the pay 3, get 4 is (from memory) only offered for a short time each year. And when the price is reduced its usually (again..from memory) the following year, and to $79 or $69? (sorry, it's on of those), and you don't get the 4 for price of 3 when they finally mark them down.

Anyhow, that's what I would advise my interstate friends. Hope that helps :-)

    • Movie World One Day Admission Adult $84.99
Sea World One Day Admission Adult $84.99
Wet n Wild One Day Admission Adult $59.99

Even if there were only one of you (ie without the 4 for the price of 3), anyone visiting more than one park would save $$ by buying this.

  • We've bought the passes for the last couple of years and loved having them. We normally get them around October though when the price drops, and then we only get about 8 months worth, so this is a great deal!

    • How much do you usually get it for?

  • I wish Dreamworld had these Prices

  • Any ideas of how to solve this problem please:

My and my brother's families would go to the Gold Coast early July 2013.
I bought 5 children tickets for the three theme parks from the link from http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/99663 (plus $3.50 creditcard charge = $341)
Silly me not looking thoroughly the terms and conditions that they would be good till 30 June 2013 as from the big pictures only "local VIP" has "30 June 2013" not on other pics.

Upon viewing the e-tickets I saw the expiry date of 30 June 2013. I don't know how to recoup the money or exchange the tickets now …

    Please shed some lights…

  • I would personally email the site you purchased them from and explain the situation first up..

    • Thanks. Called the theme parks people and they help changed the tickets. $9.99 amendment fee.

  • i only need 3 tickets, if someone would like another tic for 75$ contact me. thanks
