  • note: these aren't the regular shorts we are used to… if only!

    • +7

You probably wouldn't want to see all girls in shorts like these anyways!

      • Yeah but there are plenty I would love to see….

  • 4 for £5 single knickers - where's the love for marrieds?

  • +3

gonna tell the boys k searches for ladies underwear ;)

  • +10

Add it to the OzBargain meetup attire.

  • +1

Don't get these! I think they're really crap quality! I was so disappointed!

    • +16

Really? i like them.I wear them under my compression tights when I go to the gym/ running. They are super comfy and no VPL. Just grabbed some more.
      Thanks OP:)
      Edit:btw, I didn't neg you.

      • +3

Why did that comment get so many "+" from guys?

        • +3

Your profile picture may have something to do with it.

        • +2

They are big fans of ewoks? :b

    • Don't worry, I didn't like mine either. I felt like they didnt have good elasticity and were loose. Ill stick to bonds even though they cost more.

      • and the Bonds are currently on special for half price at Woolies. Good time to stock up.

  • +8

I think the quality is fine. Thank for the post, OP. I cannot understand why somebody can justifiably neg. this. Negative votes for a post like this can only discourage people from posting. Ultimately we will have no ozbargain if people are afraid to post.

    • +1

dont worry, OP is veteran here. he has huge courage :D

      right, K?

    • +3

At the time of writing, this deal had 39 positive votes and no negatives. I think you are confusing this with the poster who advised against these because of adverse experience and subsequently picked up negative votes. You could, by extension, say that we will have no ozbargain if people are afraid to comment.

      • +5

Yes I feel rather discouraged from providing feedback and my honest opinion now that I've been negged for doing so.

        • +1

I've just given you a couple of +ives - Illegitimi non carborundum.

        • +1

          Nil bastardo carborundum:)

@Derrick: The unlawful are not silicon carbide?

        • Who said latin is a dead language :-)

  • How do we get it delivered to Australia? I only see it for UK addresses :(
EDIT: Nevermind found it :) its a separate link down below

  • +1

prefer the brazillian cut ones. less cloth, easier to wear jeans

  • Can someone tell me how these go for sizing? My partner is a 10 in the Bonds.

    • The size runs a tiny bit larger than Australia but not by much. She'd probably be right ordering the same number size she gets in Australia and being happy with the size.

  • +1

Thanks heaps OP, got a few pairs. Slowly replacing my old knickers with new, British knickers.

M&S still have that strange '6-8 years' thing in their sizing options.

I was very happy with the quality when I received mine last time.

  • Bought a few of them. My hip measurement is 32", so I got the 6-8 years.. Not too sure how the sizes work but hopefully it helps someone..?

    • Oh, btw, forget to mention that I placed my order about 10 mins ago, so haven't actually received them yet & checked the size

  • They run small. I ordered some last time they were on sale. Get the next size up.

  • This plus the Cotton On slippers and the Hut hoodie, that's a whole beach outfit for $1.75! Girls might need something to wear on top.

  • Just ordered 6 for the missus, thanks OP.

    • +13

Let me guess…no undies sundays at your place too? :b

    • +2

Six pairs of undies (not these ones) would last me almost a month…2 days label in, 2 days label out per pair = 4 days per pair

      4 days/pair x 6 pair = 24 days

      • ..and then you wonder why you're single? @@

        • +3

I'm not, but my wife has no sense of smell :p

        • :)

  • Just ordered 10 pairs, hopefully got the sizing right!

  • Great just spent another £40 on bits…..still have my uk bank account so can use that card which is a bonus for me..

    Can't beat free delivery

  • I was happy with the quality of my last order, comparable with undies you buy at Target for $5 a pop. I don't think the sizing runs small as another poster suggested. If you're a size 10 and order the 10-12, it might be a little bigger than you're used to but not much. If you're a 12 and order that size, it might be a little smaller.

    • +4

What liss said :) I'm a size 6. Got the 6-8. They did feel a bit loose at first but now they are fine. So, i've either grown used to them (don't usually wear shorts undies) or …hmmm, the cheesecakes and chocolates have gone to my hip and butt.
But they are super comfy, cute and 95% cotton. Apparently, cotton is good because it lets that part of our body "breathe" and "ventilate" :o
      http://www.ehow.com/about_6369559_should-women-wear-cotton-p…

      • They breathe, fart and burp, amongst other actions. It's like a whole mini person.

        • If the farting and burping is a problem, i think you can get one that doesn't make any noise for around $20(?)online.Now that's a bargain! ;)

        • It's not a problem (blushes).

The conversion chart from British to Australia is as follows
    british size 8 = Aus size 10
british size 10 = Aus size 12 etc, etc,
So I disagree that they run small, lisss is right.
the size 6-8years thing is for a child of 6-8 years, not adult sizes
I have shopped from here all my life and think they are the best underwear ever, and now i live in Aus the free delivery is excellent, hope this helps all those who were wondering on sizes and hope those that have already ordered got it right.

  • Im a size 6-8 and the '6-8 years' size fits me well. Theyre quite stretchy too.

  • Thats cos your tiny lol

    • Whattt….Im HUGE ;)

  • +1

    I'm a size 8-10.
Ordered both 6-8 and 10-12 in the last deal.
I'd say the 6-8 fits me better, a little bit tigh at the beginning, but they stretch well. 10-12 is a little bit big for me. I keep them in case I get fat! Haha

  • Fantastic, thank you, just ordered 8 pairs for my wife. So unbelievably cheap!

    • +1

You bought ten pairs. I guess you weren't going to tell us about the two you bought for you :p

  • +7

For 75c a pair, I'm taking a risk and buying a size down from my usual size… mind you, I've lost 13 kg since I last bought any underwear, so I reckon it's not much of a risk! Thanks OP :)

    • +7

Good on u for losing the weight:)

  • got 3 for the lady last time these were on special… unfortunately, she did not like it. quality = money spend!!!

    • I'm pretty sure she didn't like it, especially when you told her to wear them on the streets since it said "SHORTS"

  • cool thanks!

  • did anyone get the same error? it doesn't allow me to select my aussie address…what should i do?

We're sorry. This item cannot be delivered to the address selected. If the address is outside of the United Kingdom, this item may not be available for delivery to that country. Please select another address or click the delete button.

    • Yes, I am getting that too.

    • +1

I have worked out why finally. Apparently, the 75c items cannot be delivered to Aus, but the 1.50 pound ones are OK. So when there are a mix of both types of items, it gives the message, but once the 75c items are removed, it can proceed to payment page. If the 75c items were possible before, perhaps they have disabled this. Which is silly, why not just slap a delivery fee, to discourage this, rather than say that it cannot be bought and delivered here.

  • +1

I get them at my Aussie address?? just ordered from them last night.
They always deliver to Aus, sometimes it is free shipping but not always, although you cannot get furniture food items etc.

    • As a new customer, I was getting this message (item cannot be delivered to the address selected), before a chance to enter the payment method. So I thought perhaps I'll go to 'My Account', and enter a payment method and that would solve the problem. No luck. Change Payment Method has to be associated with some existing order, and since there is none yet, couldn't even do that.

    • Oh I want to say appreciate your response. Although still frustrated :-), after spending quite a bit of time on the website.

  • +1

How strange? I have just checked through my account and still available and free delivery?? maybe you could email them if your that interested?

    • I am interested but not enough to make them do so if they are unwilling. Can understand too, it is probably not enough to pay for the postage, if someone doesnt also purchase other higher priced items.

The silly thing is that, even when batched with other items, I am not able to go ahead, and yet, soon as I drop the 75c items, then its OK.

I suspect, and its pure conjecture, that perhaps this is disallowed for new customers. If you are an existing customer, it would have been ok.

      Appreciate your comment. Thanks.

  • Do they post to australia?

  • +1

Yeah bluesky i have shopped with them for years so maybe that's why??I have ordered as small an order as 3 bodywashes, so they do small orders…… Yes radha they do, I am in Sydney.

  • got mine delivered!! ordered on 7th May :)

  • Got mine today :) thanks OP

  • +2

Update: As a first buy, I bought some non-75c items first. Then I went back, and successfully bought the 'Floral 2' items (they will ship to AUS). Some other patterns were still not possible. It is not clear whether becoming a customer first has anything to do with it, as I cannot remember whether 'Floral 2' was among those I chose, when I first reported failure to purchase earlier on.

  • got my undies today! and they came with bonus little hangers attached :D

  • Got mine today too.
