      Probably because the only way they can charge their own commission on the sale is by rounding it up to the next cent then the exchange rate is based on that.

      I got there twice and saw that message, I'm guessing you picked $AU currency? When I changed to $US it accepted payment, however by the time I realised this I was 11 spots too late.
