Need 50" Full HD LED TV. Any suggestion?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for 50" Full HD LED TV, preferably with either 3D or smart TV function or both if possible. Price range around $1000-ish. Found 1 before but not much in stock:

    $998. Part of appliancesonline. They offer free delivery and are cheaper than TGG
    I have one of these and no complaints so far. Good set of features.

    Go with Panasonic or Sony, the quality of the screen and picture is noticeably better than most others, particularly the latter if you want the most from the "smart TV" aspect of the set. Samsung have absolutely appalling after sales service and their "smart TV" features get generally poor reviews. There have been plenty of good deals around, especially on Sonys.

      Hm… too late, I just bought from thegoodguys last Friday. I think you are right, Panasonic and Sony has better quality in general.

      Samsung UA50ES6200 hasn't got many in stock, I even traveled 35km from where I live just to get it. It's hard to get that one and I got it at reasonably got price, at $994.

      I haven't tried the TV coz I don't have antenna cable lol. However, for 50" LED TV I'm quite happy about it. The price of a big TV is almost the price of a new release S4 o.0
