  • Price in title please

  • Really good price. Everyone else seems to be selling it for upwards of $100.

  • Got this a few days ago. My old kambrook electric blanket is still going strong after 5 years…but I needed a larger size :)

Cheaper than buying just the double/queen kambrook from them.

    • Does the double/queen have 2 switches for either side of the bed?

      • Yes

        • Can you only have half of the queen one turned on with the one switch ? Or do the switches on each side control the whole thing ?

        • They control a half. I only have one half ever turned on, cos I'm lonely :( and the other half is cold

  • hmmm $2 delivery if within 40km metro?

  • Perfect for the typical aussie family: 2 kids and a mum and dad - but wait, where's the dogs one?

  • Does it come with any warranty.? Or we need to buy the extra one?

    Thanks.

I'm sick to death of marketing dochebags forcing this 1950s definition of "family" down peoples throat.

    • in short - 7 out of 7 reviewers agree that this item is "terrible".

    • That's a different model.

      This is the KEB300.

My Sunbeam electric blanket had the same issue. One of the controllers stopped working. Took it back to Myer and they refunded us. Less than a year old, over $100.

      • Is it a queen or single?
looks like this issue happens a lot on the queen size…..

        • Mine was queen.

Last year, Abode electric blankets were recalled.

Seems like electric blankets are prone to breaking or worse being a fire hazard.

        • Did you roll it loosely instead fold it tightly when you pack it away in summer? Better remove the controllers first before you pack it away.

        • Didn't even get a chance. Got it as a present in summer/fall, put on the bed in winter, one of the controllers stopped working towards the end of winter/spring, took back in spring. Myer had 0 electric blankets in stock so they just refunded me.

It was my first electric blanket in my life. Didn't realize how great they were.

        • It's like you got to rent a blanket for free all winter and free money in the end. Great deal!

        • But it sounds like his/her life is at risk for such deal. Btw, is it a culture here in aus to include the tax invoice or receipt in a gift or present to someone? I know it is good for refund or warranty but it is not the chinese culture though.

        • LOL. Yes, renting a blanket for the winter is a positive way of looking at it.

We got it as a gift from an aunt. We then had to pester her for the original receipt so we could take it back.

Any appliance that produces a great deal of heat and that can be left on by accident poses a risk. Just need to take precautions. Also, they tend to use a lot of electricity so only keep it on for a short amount of time.

  • my transaction was declined. Tried other Card, also declined :(

Better call your card issuers tomorrow morning then.

  • Thank you. Was looking for 1 :) This is a great deal. Just bought it.

I have always been skeptical about using electrical blankets. The word 'electrical' gives me a fear of getting electrocuted.

    • Then you can have a look in Korean marts.. I dare to say Korea is 'the land of electrical blanket' when it comes to winter…

  • Is it expired? can't add to cart.

  • Thanks for posting OP, just received. Great price for $51 delivered — machine washable and three year warranty. Great replacement for my abode branded electric blanket that was recalled last year.

  • damn another bargin missed
