U will get one when u got a kid.

  • Does anyone think David Jones would pricematch this?

    • I doubt it. Normal price at VB will be $80 (RRP will be more than this price)

  • Victorias Basement at McEvoy St, Alexandria had about 4 white, 8 pink, 4 orange 6 green and 4 blue left as at 1500 hours if you were going to head down that way

    • Auburn still got plenty except Red one. Pink will be the most (pls it's pink ^^)

  • Can the base be detached from the blade stick?? Or only 1 piece?

    • Yep, and you can put the whole lower assembly in the dishwasher

      • Is it keep hold and press for use or can u just press once and it keeps blending then press for off?

        How many speed?

        • 1 speed

        • You need to keep your finger on the button to be on. The instruction booklet mentions not to press longer than 50secs at one time.

  • $12 post to melbourne

I just got a 500w stick mixer from the breville outlet in fitzroy for $35, came with a bigger chopper attachment for bigger stuff too.

    Not really a bargain.

    • and for 3 years warranty also? If yes, then this one is not a bargain.

Hmmm…. Cuisinart for $39 or Breville for $35? I would go for the Cuisinart.

How many years is the Breville warranty?

    • Yeah, that's why I also wonder, how many years for the warranty, I doubt it he can get for 3 years manufacture warranty for Breville, anyway it's Breville not Cuisinart.

      • anyway it's Breville not Cuisinart.

Lol it matters? Thats like saying the jamie oliver brand pots/pans are better than another brands one that are just as good/better. Also My breville is 5 speed with high and low setting, but only 1 year warranty.

More expensive at DJ's =/= better

        • That's why it depend on how much u pay for Breville with 1 year warranty (If u bought it $100++ than I dont need to explain which one is bargain here).
And if u want ur Breville cover with 3 years warranty how much u need to pay for it?
We really and only see from bargain point of view, every dollar count bro. Even warranty should be count in it.

  • How do these compare to breville or sunbeam? I notice the other brands are 700w. Does that make any difference?

    • I'm not so sure about the watts (spin faster?), however I feel much better compare to the Kenwood that I bought it last year from Kmart ($39). It's little bit heavier and firm when u use it. U can't compare Cuisinart brand to Breville or Sunbeam yet it comes with 3 years warranty.

U can't compare Cuisinart brand to Breville or Sunbeam

        Why not?????

        • Coz it doesnt come with 3 years warranty ^^

      • Does it come with a chopper attachment? Our lil chopper died so was considering one of the breville one with a chopper attachment.

        • Yeh a bigger 'processor esque' attachment it come with. Ill upload a picture when I wake up if you want.

        • No Chopper for $39 one, u need to get $89.
