  • I like aWallet but have only used its basic functions. Am using the free version.

I use LastPass Premium. For $12 bucks a year, you get lastpass on both PC and your mobile phone, and it syncs across your devices. Non-premium users get to use Lastpass on the computer for free, but Premium lets you use their mobile app.

You can use Lastpass Premium for 6 months free of charge if you are a student. Give it a spin and see how it works

You can also try Roboform. Not as full featured as Lastpass, but it's free.

    • I agree LP is the best
I also opt for using the Dolphin android browser which is a decent browser but has a native plug-in for LastPass which means it works just like your desktop including auto-fill

    also KeePassDroid worth a look.

  • You could also try Pocket. I have been using it for about 3 years and love it.

It is free and a fairly basic app but can store more than just passwords, like, credit cards, bank account, etc. It automatically backs up an encrypted copy of the database to Dropbox and has a desktop app too.

  • You may also want to check this, before committing to storing all your passwords.

  • I'd recommend just using Firefox (Google Play) and storing your passwords in Firefox's password manager. Much more secure.

If Firefox isn't your thing, I'd also recommend LastPass.

    • Firefox is convenient but not 'more secure'
FF security has progressed somewhat but passwords are not stored under high security ont he local device
Local passwords are encrypted with LastPass so even if a hacker has physical access they need your password to decrypt

LP offers the convenience of auto-fill passwords just like FF
Also Last Pass allows access from any internet connected device - you can log in securely at their web page to retrieve details
Very handy if you are away from home

Like most things tech if you are taking some precautions, both physically and with software, you are in front of most people
