There seems to be some confusion on how many Tell Coles surveys a Flybuys member can submit and how often. The following works for me every single month.

As a Flybuys member Coles will reward you with a Bonus 1000 points per calender month, if you choose to do a quick Tell Coles survey online each month. That is a Flybuys Dollars gift Value of $5.

Flybuys allows upto 4 cardholders on the 1 account. If you choose to do the survey 4 times per calender month (1 survey per cardholder on the account) that means you WILL be awarded 4000 Bonus Points. This have a value of $20 to spend at retailers that accept Flybuys Dollars (Kmart Target Coles etc) any time you choose. You are allowed to submit this survey once EVERY calender month. So if you submitted 4 surveys on June 30, you will have earnt the 4000 Bonus Points for June. On July 1 you can resubmit another 4 surveys for another 4000 Bonus Points.

You do not have to spend $30 to submit a survey. It just requires a Coles receipt of ANY VALUE. (Easy to find in any trolley near Coles!)

I do not know of a quicker, easier nor cheaper way to earn 4000 Flybuys points ($20) EVERY MONTH with potentially ZERO spend or very minimal spend. Hope this helps everyone out there.

Also dont forget to stack this with the current Liquorland 500 Email sign Up Bonus Points (4 signups on the one account = 2000 points ($10) )

        Im not here for petty upvotes, nor do I know what the benefit of an upvote is. Im fairly new here. Its simply to help others out also. If you need to be so cynical and dont have anything positive to contribute to my thread, then please dont bother posting. Im sure its been of benefit to some people.

  • Can you use the one receipt to do the survey 4 times or does the receipt have to be linked to the flybuys card which you scanned? (ie 4 trips to coles in the month)

    • Ive never tried using the same receipt, so technically I dont know, some claim they have used the same receipt for all 4. The receipt does NOT have to be linked to the flybuys card, as I pick up receipts people leave behind in trolleys or on the floor and use those receipts!

      hahahaha, yeah thats the reason! I just like to give back to this community. I mean if I hadnt discovered Oz bargain afew months ago, I would never have purchased so many things at such discounted prices, nor scored bonus Fly Buys and Qantas Frequent Flyer points, that other posters have enlightened me too.

          I do have a way to score free QFF points!! Its best I dont publicly discuss this. And Im talking thousands of points at a time. But there is the usual ways also. I recently applied for and got an ANZ FF card that came with 10000 Bonus points and no annual fee for the first year. I will most likely close the account a couple of months before the 1st anniversary comes up.

      There is 2 options attached at the end of the survey. Either (1) Receive a $5 cash discount voucher if you spend $100 instore or (2) Receive 1000 Flybuys points, with ZERO spend required. Its a no brainer really!!

      • For sure you do it twice and get both. Still no brain required.

        • If you use the $5 discount voucher at a self serve register, you can just hold on to it and use it multiple times if it works, but the downside to that is, do you really want or need to spend $100 a time just to score $5 discount?

  • I can usually get 2000 points a month. I have a flybuys account and my partner has a separate flybuys account so we do one survey per month on each account. We've been credited for the April survey and have been credited for either the May or the June survey. The April points credited in April but the next credit didn't come until June so I don't know if there was a missed payment there. We always do the surveys at the start of the month.

    At one stage we were using the same email address for both accounts but this caused confusion in the flybuys system so they are now on separate email accounts. I find that less bonus points have gone missing since we changed to separate email accounts for each flybuys account.

      Why dont you both add 3 additional people to your accounts and score 8000 points a month instead of 2000? No one verifies the new people. Just list them as living at your adress, and flybuys will send 3 supplemantry cards that are all linked to your primary account. Use your same surname, and create a new email adresses for these new people…voila. Takes about 15 minutes to set this up but you are then receiving $40 a month between the 2 of you for literally minimal effort and no outlay…..Where theres a will…..

    Thanks heaps for putting this up, until now I had no idea that I could have 4 linked accounts.

    Coles has been very generous to my family lately. 4 stores in my area (out of 5 within around 10kms) have updated their look in the past few months (one was a new store) and each time they've sent us $10 off $100 spends. Add on top the $5 off over $100 spend for doing the survey and all these bonus flybuys and the fact that we buy the $100 gift cards for $95. We've saved a fortune.

    My wife has heaps of new clothes (80% funded by flybuys) and we've grabbed a few gold class vouchers too while they're half the points (Just ended but it was 8900 for 2 gold class vouchers and $10 candy bar spend).

    I don't know how they're making money from me but I wish Safeway would follow suit, their rewards program sucks apart from for storing petrol vouchers. The difference is huge, I would say I've had easily over $300 in the past year from flybuys and less than $5 in points (don't even bother claiming) from everyday rewards.

    • Thats fantastic. I also purchase the Coles cards through the entertainment book. I also purchased 2 lots of the 8900 point Goldclass tix and F&B voucher. Theyve actually removed it from the system as of yesterday! I usually dont buy standard movie tix though. Coke rewards and the reviews I do on the deal that gets advertised here scores me enough movie tickets.

    Don't even need a receipt. Just remember your store code and type in any random receipt no and it works.

        Type in a store number similar to yours or the same as yours then select that you don't know which store you went to.

    • I thought you needed to put in the date and time of purchase too? If you put in random date and time, wouldnt they know it was fake

  • I did a survey a couple of days ago on one account and managed to complete the survey without entering an email address. I did the survey again today using my partner's account and they insisted on having an email address entered even though I was getting points rather than the voucher. I have no idea why this has changed.

  • Do you guys see the 1000 points listed in the summary each month? Mine seem to be adding on (i think?) but I've never seen the 1000 points displayed in the summary list.

    • Mine seem to show up as special bonus against Coles. Sometimes they are lumped together with other bonus point transactions. I'm hoping in the future they change the comments so that we can see which promotion the bonus points were from.

  • Hmm, I did my survey on the 29th July and got nothing for this month yet…

    • It can take about 4 weeks for the points to be credited to your flybuys account. I've only just got the points for a survey that was done in the middle of July. I'm guessing your points will appear late August. Sometimes it has been about 6 weeks for the points to appear and other points have appeared within 3 weeks.

      • Ah ok. I did it around the end of June and it came in on the 1st of July so I figured that may be standard. Oh well, I can wait for $20 for 10 minutes work!

  • I'm still waiting for my points from the survey, a triple points offer they sent me and the liquorland email 500 points offer….

    • The survey points take between 4-6 weeks usually although I've seen them come sooner. Was the triple points offer an email or a coupon? The email offers take about 4 weeks from the end of the promotion date to credit. The coupons feel like they take a bit longer than four weeks. Remember that some of the triple points coupons are valid for about a month. The points usually credit a month after the expiry date of the coupons.

      Sometimes the points show up next to the original transaction date and sometimes they show up at random dates. I find I have to constantly check my balance and transaction listing to see where and when the points have credited.

      I got my liqourland sign up points 3-4 weeks after registering. I don't know what the pattern is for other members.

  • I got liquorland points withing 3 weeks I think. I still havnt received the survey points for July which I did in early July.

  • both myself and a friend received 1000 points only for the month of August despite additional members doing the survey as well. i have emailed flybuys only to be given a stupid generic t&c, i do think that

      • Go into the FAQS. Click on one of the questions and you'll get a comment at the end asking you if the answer was helpful. If you click on NO, a contact us form will appear on the screen.

      • Just log into flybuys and select contact us.

    • It's really only meant to be 1000 points per membership (not card) per month.

      I think the less attention we draw to FB's system errors the better - or they may just close the loop-hole (if they haven't already).

      • Too late I think. It is a good point to remember the the big companys monitor the media constantly. There are specialised companies that actually provide this service fulltime.

  • Can Additional cardholders submit survey using SAME receipt used by primary cardholder? Still get points?

  • Last month I submitted 4 surveys though only received a 1000 points so I think it only per membership not per card number as stated by "Chuppa"!

    • Did you use the same member number each time. Each additional cardholder has their own unique number.

    • Called FB hotline and the girl said it is limited to 1000 per account so the additional cardholder won't add extra points doing the survey. Maybe they changed policy?

      • This has always been the policy. The glitch is that they haven't programed the Coles and Flybuys computers to catch anyone who uses the additional cardholder numbers to do extra surveys.

          You dont need to wait for the additional cards to arrive, just log on to flybuys My account and goto cardholder details and obtain the card numbers there.

    Update report. Can confirm I only received the 1000 points even after completing for my other supplementary cards. Looks like they caught on

      I haven't received any August survey points yet.

      It helps to have a separate flybuys account for each adult member of the household or two flybuys accounts in the one name(possibly with variations and two separate email addresses).
