So anyone tried to see if they dissolve in water? if the don't dissolve to a tissue paper breakup consistency in the amount normal TP would might not be good for flushing. Think I read somewhere that some of these flushables are out right lies. Don't think a brand like this would pull this but figured I'd ask.

  • Mine arrive today - BUT the BOx is empty - AUST POSt left it ontop og the mail box. Somebody took the tissue out of the box.

    • Aust post deliver on weekends??

      • i think it was delivered on friday. just saw it on sat morning with an empty box - items inside was taken by someone. as Aus post left the package outside the mailbox.

I feel kinda gypped. The instructions say to use in addition to normal TP. I thought these were going to be some sort of magical one-wipe-only tissues. Now I'm spending even longer on the toilet.

  • i received mine today

  • good shit

  • My verdict on Kleenex vs Sorbent

    Kleenex
    + Wall dispenser.
    + Slightly thicker.
+ Slightly cheaper, with two extra cloths per pack.

    Sorbent
    + Larger cloth size.
+ Texture seems to clean better (like a Chux-style cloth vs a sponge cloth).

Neither the Kleenex nor Sorbent are thick enough to be used without either folding at least once or using two cloths together, IMHO. If I recall correctly, the old Kleenex were closer in size to the Sorbent, and it seems they've been shrunk to avoid too large a dispenser design.

Overall, I prefer the Sorbent, mainly because the Kleenex wipes are a bit too small once folded.

Got mine too but I also don't think they dissolve enough compared to toilet paper.
I got two cups and filled them with water and got some normal TP and a Flushable wipe
put them in the water. and even after many hours the Flush Wipe doesn't really dissolve or change in strength. The toilet paper on the other hand rips under it's own weight as you pick it up.
I don't know if I'd trust putting this down my toilet pipes.
Seems lots of others have had issues with these (flushable wipes in general) wipes, with a google search even though they say they're flush-able.

  • Got mine. Awesome. They stick to their word unlike other companies.

    • +1

Hopefully they don't 'stick' anywhere else!

  • Received

  • Received. Great to keep next to the bed for other activities cough cough

    • +1

Yes, keep it by your single bed.

  • Lol. I lost the link to give feedback for the surprise… Oh well
