        • +1

As is a ton of juice from supermarkets?

        • Supermarkets don't charge $2.85 for a tiny cup of reconstituted 'juice'.

  • +16

You used to be able to find my uncle's holden dealership, and his toy store. Still got a desk from the school there - dad's mate ran it. Nice lil town.

  • +5

    i wouldn't call it a free breakfast, a has brown or a juice isn't really a 'breakfast'

    • +7

I suggest you email [email protected]

    • +21

In the city, you can have several Mcdonalds spaced within a kilometre. Now all we need is a map that tells us the route to get to each of them using the shortest distance possible ;)

      • +5

        Pub crawl Maccas' version!

      • +5

Burn em off as you go

        • +3

you'd need to walk on your hands to burn off the calories sufficiently!

      • Went along Elizabeth St this morning. Took 20 minutes or so to get through 6 stores. I'm not disappointed.

  • so what do we do to get it?
Just walk up to maccas' on Monday, and ask for a free Bacon and Egg McMuffin?

    • +36

nope you must go into Hungry jacks to redeem

      • +4

I would pay money to watch their reaction

  • +7

6 . To participate in the offer, Claimants must, during the Offer Round at a Participating
Restaurant, request a gift from sales staff at the front counter of the Participating Restaurant.
The offer will not be available at Drive-Thru or McCafé counters.

So you just go up and request a free breaky/gift?

  • +1

I thought McDonalds was banned from Ozbargain…

    • That ban was lifted a little over a year ago.

      • +2

… and soon after the McDonalds Australia GM said something about the "professionals" taking advantage of their special deals

  • +2

….I need to get ready to be a morning person.

  • What time does Mac breakfast start?

nvm i see it starts at 7am.

    • +1

Where does it say 7am? I thought they start breakfast at 5:30am.

      • I thought it was 6am

    • +2

So… is this offer financially backed by the NSA or Five-Eyes program?

    • +11

That is hilarious. They could make you you the next Ronald McDonald if they wanted to.

    • +3

      That's insane.

I never knew you could enter into a contract by eating a piece of free food.

  • Nice!! I live just next door to Mcdonalds and there's another one just 2 mins away.

    • +2

      Can I live with you?

        • -2

          It's like neopolitan.

        • +3

Why people always assume I am a male :(

        • hilarious.

      • +1

Are you a hot guy? if yes, pack your bag and I'll be waiting for you at my front door :D

        • Are you a hot girl?

        • -1

voting here is so sexist ! double standards indeed!

  • +1

Looks like the website has been OzB'd…it's down

  • -6

Can we get OW to price match?

    • +2

      Might be low on stock??

    • +11

Must this be a comment on every single freebie post?

  • +1

If they're still using Potatoes from overseas then I'll continue to avoid them. Even if they gave their crap away. Why can't they use Aussie grown potatoes?!!

    • +1

      Must be too expensive :\

    • +1

Could be because they aren't an Aussie company so they don't see the point.

    • +3

Just be quiet and eat the free Maccas you hippy.

    • +1

are you calling Tasmania "overseas" ?
      I'm willing if you're Abel (it's a 1 percenter)

  • +2

participating McDonald’s restaurants in Australia ??? is there any list of participating stores?

  • mcdonals ozbargained

  • McMonalds?????

  • +1

    Expect what for airports?

    • I think it's meant to be except airport McDonald stores :) In other words, you can't get this freebie at the airport chains.

  • +1

Small orange juice for $2.85… lol

  • Website isn't loading… Is there a coupon required or we just show up for the free breakfast?

  • Although QLD isnt participating they are doing somthing similar, Free Double BBQ bacon roll with the purchase of a Tall cofee or mccafe coffee.
Same dates as the rest of the country.

  • mondays are about to get better!

  • So the promo starts from 3am at 24 hour stores like kingsford, airport etc? Or are the staff going to place some random time like 5:30/6:00am (sunrise) to start the promotion?

  • +4

Anyone have a direct link to their T&Cs please? I can't see anything on their "style over functional design" website.

  • Deal not opening up here. Victoria

  • +1

They had an advert on TV for it late last night.

Just remember that even though it's free it is McDonalds, your body will pay for it in the long run.

    • Just remember that even though it's free it is McDonalds, your body will pay for it in the long run.

      i ain't bovvered ;)
it's a ~1.8km walk from my office to the nearest maccas and back - nor am i even close to overweight - so i reckon my body can hack it 1 day a week.

  • +1

I'm currently boycotting McDonalds due to their corporate bullying. Learn more at http://Burgeroff.org !!

    • I thought boycotting would of been about the 101 emulsifiers & preservatives they have in the burgers.

    • +3

Getting a free muffin from them wouldn't go against your boycott, they're not getting money.

  • As noted on the McDonalds website.

It has come to our attention that some of our customers have been receiving fraudulent emails claiming to be from McDonald's, inviting them to come to any McDonald's restaurant for a "Free Dinner Day" or "Free Breakfast Day." The email includes an attachment described as an "invitation card" and the customer is told to open the attachment, print it out, and show it to the cashier at any McDonald's restaurant to receive the free meal. These email messages are NOT authorised by McDonald's. Please be advised that you should NOT open the attachment or respond to the email. Permanently delete the email immediately from your inbox.

    • I'm confused, so is the deal on or not???

  • No purchase required for the items on the specific days, 1 item per person per day and 1000 units of that individual item between 7-10am only.

  • -1

Yeah it looks too good to be true, and it is.
    http://mcdonalds.com.au/contactus

    • What do you mean?

  • +2

I barely make it in time for breakfast let alone first 1000 customers.

This promotion would only make me angry when I'm told the deal has run out.

  • -4

    Appears to be fake.
