  660 and 660TI both 192bit memory 2GB DDR5 at same speed. Although 660TI is havier so better to OC further I guess.

  BF3 should be fine if you set it to LOW and BF4 should be relative but don't take my word for it since it's not been tested.

  Even better choice would be a Tahite LE series card. Based on 7900 series chipset (faster as a result and reaches GTX 670 levels of perf) however downside is that it requires more power.
