$3.24 for Reflex is good but when you can get this for $3.49, might just be easier to buy one or two than to have to buy 20 reams at once :)

good deal, but still have the 1 carton of almost free paper from staples.

  • Good deal for offices, but for the general public that's a lifetime of paper.

Probably should exclude uni students from that classification.

      • I print my stuff at uni. Paper would be the last thing I'd worry about, ink is what costs a fortune…

        • If your printing quantity and not quality then go for a laser not an inkjet.
Go for a cheap one that you can get aftermarket toners for like the cheapo brothers, I've got a HL-3075CW color laser and it kicks ass. You get something like 2,000 full color pages and a further 1,000+ black and white (could be far more depending on how much black gets used) from a set of toners or around 3,500 black and white only.
A full set of color toners costs around $95 (aftermarket).

Once you've been through the first set of toners the printer will have paid for itself (compared to the amount you would spend on ink). The only flaw with mine is that it's not a multifunction but they can be had cheap enough.

    If your willing

  • The two codes are not stackable. I ordered 4 boxes of reflex (ie option #1), even though it accepted both codes on the website (which was $99.80 - $20 - $14.97 = $64.83), Staples only honoured one of the codes in a follow-up email.

    In the end, i was charged $99.80 - $20 = $79.80 which equates to $3.99 per ream.

This is not a big enough deal for me to lodge a complain to Staples, but just want fellow ozbargainers to be aware.

    • Thanks for the feedback. I'll mark this deal as expired then
