The Inspiron I bought (or the work bought me) back in 2001 was faster than this! Now this thing came with AVG and OpenOffice — not sure how 128MB RAM is going to take care of it.
I guess people vote negative because there is just no way these people are going to spare $200 for a 7 year old computer. I think it would run Xbuntu well (got a similar spec Compaq desktop at home running it), but then if I am going to shell out $200, maybe I want something like this :)
