  • Might load up on a ream or two myself.

    Thanks

If we buy 32 sheets each transaction, it will be rounded down free.

      Sweet!

Do not waste your money on this paper, I have one reel at home and try to finish it off. I usually enviro minded and use both side for printing but with this I spend it carelessly, because it is really thin and it will jam your printer every second time and when you touch it you can feel something is not right as well as its slight yellowish white.

    • Doing a google search it seems the paper is 80 GSM which is the standard.

But it is a slightly different description and price.

Is the one you have 80 GSM?

      • Not all 80 gsm paper are of the same quality. I have bought no-brand reams before which are flimsier than branded ones.

Ditto brand of paper has been around a while.
I'd like to hear other reports of low-quality (or otherwise) if people have used it.

I have tried to Google for some other opinions but I'm finding it hard to find complaints, unless my searching skills are not up to snuff? I once bought supposedly 80gsm paper from Coles. It was Coles-branded, sourced from China. It was thin. It was the only time I had been disappointed with a ream of paper.

Anyway, if people are scared, BigW has a good returns policy. I'll be reporting on the quality on Saturday anyway. I could really use some so will be putting it to use straight away. I'm not expecting any dramas.

We use this in the office regularly. It is definitely of less substance than branded paper but has rarely given us (laser) printer jams. Also, it definitely much better than the china no brand paper. Miles better.

        • Thanks for the feedback.

The paper is definitely not as thick as Reflex but it is not overly thin like other cheaper brands either. I've been using it just fine and it hasn't been causing me any paper jams either.

    • Maybe it the printer or just the ream of paper you got never had a issue with this paper.<- doubtful since they are made in bulk and would in turn affect more than one ream.

  • Piece of sh*t…sshhhh! You have a jam inside your printer, and a jam inside your soul! Enwhiten' Me! :D

    • Ha!
If you look closely at that ad, you can see the package re-orient positions in the hands of their users (horizontally-held to vertically-held). Miracles. Praise be.

  • Well I use HP Laserjet P1102w and before Ditto I have tried Reflex and Xerox and had no problems at all, Its personal choice and I am not a heavy user generally use one ream for 6 months, so paying for $4 or $5 to xerox instead of paying $3 ditto won't make a big difference for me over the time. And that $1 or $2 extra would save me from frustration and spend time to clear paper jam etc.

    • Cheers for the post.

Yep, not the best quality, compare it with reflex is feels much thinner and has a slightly yellower tinge.

Decent enough for uni assessments/lecture notes though.

    Haven't experience any jamming.

    • 2 replies saying it's thinner so far. Thanks for the feedback.

    Cheaper than pokeballs.

  • I got this feeling this is going to be ozbargained really fast :)

    Cheers.
