I'm looking for a good deal on a light full powered travel ultrabook with mobile internet.
My important criterias are:
10hour battery
3G modem, sim card slot
At least i3 processor, preferably 4th gen
light ~1.5kg and hardy
~$600ish
Thinking Lenovo x series but might be too expensive. Please share some links that you have stumbled across in the above criteria.
from my understanding and knowledge, the EMBEDDED sim card network slots are rather dreadful as they heat up real quick and in many instances may even melt the sim card to an extent. Recomendation would be to get a decent laptop that has endurance performance to last, and an external usb dongle or wifi sharing device to suit your needs
and fyi if you are talking about ULTRABOOK with 3g slot? good luck :) heat might even fry your ultrabook motherboard :)
