Andriond 10" Tablet for point of sale

Hi,
I am looking fora 10" tablet for using as a "point of sale" screen.
There are so many tablets out there, but all we really need is one with middle of the road specs with decent ram and processing power. Hi-Res screen is also a bonus. I'd like to get something for $300 or less.
I had a look in Costco (10" nextbook/8gb/4.1 android/Dual core for $199.99) and even one marked down at ALDI for $149 but I think their stuff can be shit compared to other offerings out there.
We don't need cellular as WIFI/tethering is fine for our purposes.
The software we use is called VEND and it uses Chrome as the browser/interface. It can operate offline and stores all data in the cache. We have used it many times on a laptop and it works great but we need a touchscreen.

Any suggestions are keenly welcome.

I'd get the Google Nexus 10. $379 from Kogan (http://www.kogan.com/au/buy/google-nexus-10-16gb-wi-fi-andro…) but you can get them for under $300 if you don't mind second-hand.

Maybe this thing? Cannot vouch for performance, but at least it's a known brand.

If you dont mind ordering, CUBE's range is great.

But for proven reliability and a warranty, +1 the Nexus.
Might want to check for POS software for WindowsRT, those RT surfaces are clearing cheap and are a VERY high end product.
