I'm doing this course. It is an excellent course on switching and routing with Cisco gear. The presenter is very good.
Its free to attend (using GoToMeeting). You can buy video copies of the sessions (WMV) and the workbooks - GBP75 at the moment, normal quoted price is GBP299.
For the labs, you'll either need to use your own equipment or use a simulator like GNS3. Commsupport don't provide a virtual lab.
The course is run at 2130 GMT for about 2 hours. That translates to 0830 AEDT, which is a lot better than the ~0300 times for US webinars.
There is another course coming up in December on ASA firewalls, and a CCNP in February.
