RRP is always hugely inflated compared to what it's really worth. This is probably the every day price it should be.

How the mids and treble on this cans? seem to focus on bass.

Same question. Are these suitable for listening to ipod or tv?

  • Can some expert comment on the sound quality on this between the Logitech UE 6000 thanks.. Which one should i pick??

I listened to these when I bought a set of p5's. They feel super cheap and are mostly plastic. I found when listening to music on my phone that if I moved my head I would hear the headphone creaking on my head. Totally takes away from the sound. Not worth it at all imo.

I think i'll just stick with my Koss Pro DJ100 headphones from Amazon. Over a year later and it's still working and in the same condition as day 1.

Sold out of this Pioneer headphone any where in Central QLD any how.

  • I guess I'll just choose the Logitech UE 6000 over this then.. lol..

    Apparently, the review are better..

I'm no expert, but the ue6000 has active noise cancelling. That's a pretty good feature at that price point, and for me the main one.

      • The reviews of ue6000 I've read said the noise cancelling feature is quite disappointing but I just bought one today anyway…

How did you find the noise cancellation? Thinking of getting a pair of ue6000s to block out the little bro noise =p

        • I should say ordered one, haven't got mine yet.

        • Noise cancellation was alright but not great on my opinion.. Unless you turn to the max, but sound bleed might annoy people around you tho..

        • I bought from Goodguys chadstone store last wednesday for $99. there were few stocks still left.

It covers whole ear, comfortable, looks and feels decent. If you want clear sound, listen without Noise Cancellation with higher volume. Quietness is still alright even without noise cancellation button on.

It runs without still and because it has 2x aaa batteries, its heavier than ATH-M50, but give it a try with display one tho because different people have different standard on weight.

About Noise Cancellation, well it generates little white noise to cover other noise but with that on.. bass beats the beats by dre. feel like a subwoofer in my head with NC button on

  • The usual availability, i.e. nil

From Dick Smith description "The included ear pads can be replaced with the HDJ-EP01s –open-cup protein leather ear pads which sit around the ears and are sold separately –so DJs can choose the best option to suit their comfort and listening style."
