Arlec, 3.1 amp dual USB AC charger for $20. Thoughts???

Bunnings is selling an Arlec dual usb, 3.1 amp charger for $20 which is about the best price i have found yet. Wondering if anyone has used this charger or has any comments? I am planning on charging a galaxy s2 and a Anker E4 battery bank simultaneously with it. Obviously not as good as the kensington dual 2.1 amp on sale a while back but i missed it…:(

p.s. if someone knows a better usb charger for similar price would love to hear about it too.

    usually a 3.1 Amp is made of 2amp and a 1amp
    S2 from memory only draws 1amp
    the new s4 draws 2amp

      Yep, will eventually be getting a new phone and also the Anker can take the full 2 amps.
