  DELL's laptop is good, but DELL Australia's online system is really messy. Today, I was trying to purchase a Vostro 1310 by using the $400 free upgrades online, I customized a machine of about $2200, which supposed to give me $200 discount automatically in cart, but I actually got nothing. Then I rang their customer service, after being transferred several times, a guy finally told me that he had no idea why this promotion could not work, and suggest me to contact their technical support, I finally gave up, probably to find a HP laptop. Thinking of the price errors happened before, I am really disappointed with DELL Australia's customer support.
