    Put "off" after $10.

  • I like the idea of saving $10 which is why I have given this an upvote, however I'm really annoyed at Target for all the terms and conditions and exclusions on this deal. I considered giving it a negative vote because of all the exclusions.

This is a deal that some people could use but only if they like buying brand name or premium target brands of clothing etc.

It says that it includes clothing, yet it excludes items that most people would define as clothing such as socks, underwear, sleepwear and hosiery. It also excludes Target essentials. There is a huge amount of clothing in the Target essestials brand.

I'm wondering if it's worth reporting the promotion to the ACCC or some similar body. I'm sure Target got into trouble once before for running a promotion on clothing which excluded major items that most people would consider to be clothing.

    • But here the accc will say its written in the exclusions

      • Yes, but I'm sure there's some sort of regulation that says that they can't exclude something that has the same meaning as one of the words in the inclusions.

        • There is no "regulation" that they can't exclude part of an inclusion, it's listed as an exclusion in the conditions of the offer and if you feel so strongly about it boycott Target and let Target know this. You are not being forced to take up the offer.

    • Even if Target didn't have the exclusions listed the ACCC would do nothing so don't bother wasting your time.

    • Did u actually say "premium target brands" lol…
