saw this 4TB usb 3 hard disk from Amazon, looks like pretty good price. only US $129.99.

but the Australian dollar not stronger enough… so price looks ok, but not that good.

AUD 169.32 shipped use Amazon convertor, so… 28 degree card may give you a better price.

office works sale it for $229, and DS sell it for $249. so… looks like a bargin anyway.

BTW, i bought them before, no problem use them at Australia. the charger/converter come with it for 110V-250V. :)

thanks again :)

5/12: ~$158 shipped
19/12: $148 USD shipped

^ ^ You should also remove it from your comment otherwise a mod will almost certainly remove it too.

Max qty of 1 on this item by the looks of it, typically the more you order they cheaper they get per unit due to combined shipping but obviously not this time.

you can order some microsd card there are some good offers

    • Yeah glad I got in at this price earlier in the year, four were just under $140au each landed.

BTW, you can use the USB3<>SATA dock connector on any bare SATA drive, handy if you don't have a spare dock.

  • What if a drive needs to be returned to Amazon. Where does it have to be sent and how much does it cost, anyone know?

I suppose the 'Free Shipping' at those two links doesn't apply to Aus.

  • 1 drive per order……sucks!

    still, thanks OP for sharing!

  • Good deal, but think of the hammering this drive is going to get shipped individually from the USA.

Australia Post will drop it on the ground at least three times before delivery!

  • External hard drives purchased from amazon don't come with warranty right?

Also these looks like a better deal
