Our Deal not contactable

"OUR DEAL" seems to be having computer (and customer service) problems. I tried to buy a $15 Movenpick voucher but wasn't confirmed after submitting cr card details "..may take up to 1 minute". Checked next day, nothing in account. So I repeated and it successfully processed in 10 sec. 3 DAYS LATER the 1st payment and voucher was processed!

But that's not the main concern with OUR DEAL. They wont respond to my emails (except auto response)to reverse the 1st payment, and, its disturbing that their "Log in to OurDeal Help Desk" doesn't work!

Are they going into recevership I wonder? I presume if they do then no outstanding vouchers will be honoured as our payments are to Our Deal itself, not the supplier.

    It really is quite a quantum leap to go from experiencing difficulties with one transaction to speculating recevership or rather receivership.

    If you don't want to be exposed to the risk of being an unsecured creditor (or loss or delay) ask the company before you buy how you are protected (if at all) and what processes they have in place to ensure you get what you click on promptly and without issue.

      I went into Westpac today and instead of giving me 2x$50 notes, the teller offered me 5x$20's.
      Therefore, the Bank is on the verge of collapse.
