7-inch screen. Claimed savings of $53.

BigW website is doesn't do a great job on specs. I have no idea if this is any good. Anyway, the blurb:

Introducing the new LASER eTouch Tablet. With this Mobile Internet Device (MID) you can access your email, browse the internet/social media, watch movies, listen to music, read books, play games and in fact run most any app which can be loaded from the Google Play store.

Thanks to user Gaz1 for providing a link to the (likely) product page with specs:

      Then why post it ?

      To annoy you.

      • It didn't work. I was getting bored and it did the opposite.

why is this better than the other cheaper Chinese tablets ?

        • +7

          because its more expensive….

        • Because you get a usable warranty.

  • big w, target, kmart they normally sell crap android tablets… so i never bothered to search for the specs lol

  • those low end android tablets are born of wasting people's money.

Why didn't anyone mention that jv had finally given birth to a beautiful young bargain-hunting baby?

This is a total POS my wife bought one for her mother for xmas. Whilst I did entertain the thought of leaving the mother in law with such a piece of junk I convinced my wife to take it back and buy her a surface which ere on special at jb on boxing day.

It lags, it crashes and the battery is crap.

    DO NOT BUY

    • Thanks for the feedback. There is no RAM listing in the specs page here http://www.laserco.net/products/e-readers/tablet/MID-742 Probably for good reason? Anyone else used this thing?

Weird that they would omit that on the main specs page. It's one of the most important things. As suspected, it's on the low side. Thanks.

        • That's why they don't mention it.

Good effort OP, prob wont buy but +1 for the effort

  • Officeworks has pendo 7" with Android 4.0 for $49. Plenty of stocks in Glenwaverley Vic.

    • Incredible to see them go so cheaply.

    • Correct me if wrong, but this $49 Pendo doesn't seem to have Google Play.

  • If ow has it foe $49, then this is no bargain waiting for an essay from op
