so i closed my mobile account few month back as my plan expired everything was closed and confirmed. then on my own fault didnt notice my account was still getting debited until i received an email from them of a credit which reflected months of debits. i went into vodafone they told me that i had to call up the call centre to arrange a refund, i did so was speaking to an outsourced callcentre and they keep telling me that the credit value was only or less then half of the 2 months debit and demanded my banking details to do a transfer???
also advising me that the email i received was an error.
I advised that my bank statements doesnt reflect its an error, i told him i wanted to speak to someone else but he hung up???WTF this is the reason i left vodafone crappy signal and service.
so i waited out for another credit email it came and still shows i have a credit worth of 2 months.
i planning to go into another vodafone, maybe in the CBD and if they tell me to call the HO i just give it to them.
i thought i seen alot of vodafone adds show the NEW VODAFONE and trying to get its customers back

Complain to the ombudsman. They doubtlessly have Voda on speed dial. lol
