Mio Moov 300 $198 at HN + Free 2009 Map Upgrade

30

4.3" anti-glare widescreen, spoken street names, safety cameras, school & speed zones, instant GPS fix. MIO-MOOV300. Should have AC Charger in the box and has a 2 year warranty

Go to Mio website to get Map Upgrade http://www.mio.com/au/

Ryda have this unit for $240 and the 360 for $295

Compared with Moov 360 (which has Bluetooth with mic and lesser battery probably because of this additional feature)

  • great unit for the price, i bought one at new years for the same price.
there have been a few map issues, bad poi for country driving, and the interface is a bit laggy. but for the price it is way good!

  • If the map offer is anything like their last promotion then do not expect to get this until around January 2010.
And read the small print as in the past they have said the update may change the software functions in addition to the map update. That can mean you lose features or you may gain some, you wont know until you update which can be too late. Anyone who bought a MIO C720t will confirm this. I was one of these people so after suffering thru MIO support my opinion will be biased against them.
Having said that, this does look like a very good price.
