    How big is it to download? I don't have much download allowance… reckon I could go to a internet cafe and download it there?

      I don't think so, as far as I know you need to download the game onto the computer you are playing it on.

      You can use unmetered downloads if you're with the right ISP, or you can get your friend to put it on disks for you.
