release your current self. Go buy a nerf gun disassemble it take out the safety restictors.
Replace the crap spring thats included with something stronger. replace the barrel with metal piping. Now you have an amazing long distance semi painful nerf gun. Also look up how to make Stefans. Also you might want to put some foam in there somewhere because it is a lot more powerfull and might reduce the life of the gun.

Lol after some light reading, i wouldn't mind changing the enforcing the plunger and getting rid of the AR and possibly changing out the spring… problem is i have no idea where to get the parts.

same but you can always pick up cheap nerf guns at yardsales and markets to have some fun with and at least removing the AR is free.
As for the spring…. I've purchased small springs from a locksmith before maybe they'd carry larger ones? If not there is quite the community of nerf modders swapping parts and selling parts online so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
