I've been getting this for a couple of weeks - is anyone else having problems? I thought it might be fixed with a reinstall, but no change.

Not that I'm aware of, but thanks for your reply. I know now that it's something I can track down and fix.
Ok, have discovered that it only occurs with one of the accounts that is signed into on my computer. The other account is working fine. The affected one is not currently signed in elsewhere, but still shows up as currently unavailable. Any ideas please?
Problem solvered!!! Online status had somehow been changed to offline. Switched it back to online, and now working fine. :)
Working fine here, with no recent problems or outages. Do you have a firewall that might be blocking it?
