Oh my father! When the tears stop flowing I will check out their catalogue. In the mean time, let me share the love flowing from the email they just sent me:

"Thank you for reading my letter. Let me tell you a story, a true story.

William loves football very much. Even though he was always"warming the bench", there was one man who was always in the stands cheering. He never missed a single football game.

When he went to college, William decided to try out for the football team as a"walk-on". A few days ago, because he alwaysput his heart and soul into every practice session, the coach kept him on the roster.

Unfortunately, when William was playing the most important match of his life, the man who had never missed any of young William’s football matches was absent.

He had passed away.

You have probably guessed that the man was William’s dad, but what nobody could have guessed is that he was blind.

"Any man can be a father, but it takes a special someone to be a dad."

A father's love doesn't have to be seen, it also doesn't need to be heard because true love can always be felt in the heart.

After a fabulous Mother's Day, it's dad's turn to feel your appreciation.

For the man who has done a million things for you; now you havehundreds of chances to return the favor with our   fantastic gift ideas  that he’s sure to love.

There is big surprise for your love Use our special 8% off coupon when you shop for the perfect gift: father0512 "

It's the worst company, I paid extra $1.99 for tracking and still no update on the tracking website and I have been waiting for my product for very long

    • +3

      But they LOVE you!

      • The tracking website loves him?

    • very long meaning what?
Is fairly normal to wait up to 6 weeks for packages from china, tho 3-4 weeks is average china post is epically unreliable. Where you have the option choosing singapore post is a LOT faster and not much more expensive.
China post parcels are not trackable within australia btw. Have you contacted them for the tracking number? Many companies presume it is chosen as a security thing, making it easier to get refunds etc. Real time tracking is still a VERY recent concept.
Track-trace.com provides links to track just about any form of post where it is posible. Handy site

I'll not be placing any further orders on this site until I receive the last 3 orders I placed with them. Delivery is taking a very long time compared to even DX.

    • DX are thieves. Far prefer GB, least you will get your stuff. I have had stuff take 8 weeks of excuses from DX. Also had them steal from me when an item was out of stock but they would only give a part refund. Never again.

Another unimpressed customer still waiting for 2 deliveries here!

Hopefully my son is watching out for posts on discount single malt whiskey deals. Most of the time its him that drives me to drink after all!

I ordered some toys in the anticipation that even if it doesnt arrive in time for my son's fifth birthday, it could arrive for my gradson's fifth birthday

  • To be fair, my cheap cree arrived this morning. Not really outside of expected timelines where China Post is involved.

This in no way excuses their horrendous emails.
