Half off Panaflo 80mm, 92mm & 120mm case fans at PC Case Gear ($9.00-$17.50)

40

PcCaseGear.com are having a sale on their Panaflo 80mm case fans for only $9 each (normal price $19). I just received my order for two of the low speed version and I'm VERY happy with the decrease in decibels emitted from my wife's computer (replaced the antec fans that came with the case).

Mod - edited title and URL.

  • The FBA08A12L was included in SilentPCReview's 80x25mm Fan Round-Up #1 and is generally well-regarded.

Pity they're only 80mm fans on sale though.

  • Perhaps a title change to PC Case Gear?

  • just wondering if they gonna fit into my Dell GX620 desktop.
i have two fans in athe PSU and the front one is really noisy.
can anyone sugget if how can i check if these one will fit into the case ?
just measure a distance between the holes.
and what about voltage ? is it the same for all desktops ?

ps and one more thing - how can i know which one i need - high speed or low speed ?

    ps2 i found this

but it is still unclear if i can use one of those Panaflo fans (and if so, which one)

Unless you know what you're doing (and from your questions you don't seem to) it's not a good idea to be opening up power supply units and trying to replace components.

If you mean case fan and not psu fan then you can simply measure along the edge. Standard case fan sizes are 80mm, 92mm, and 120mm. These same sizes are found in PSUs but may not be the same thickness, perhaps particularly with Dell proprietary psus.
