Just got an email this morning for SAI Global's end of financial year sale. Apply the code for 30% off. This deal expires at 12am, 14 June.
It says in the terms that the offer is "Exclusive to selected recipients notified directly by SAI Global" but the code is pretty generic (similar to last time) and it says that I may register a new account and use it. So I figure anyone can use it. Hopefully it is of use to some people.

Depending on what Standard you are after, your local library may have a copy that you can view. Useful for casual users, not useful if you need it for work.
Unfortunately the library does not have the one I was after.
If you know a uni student, they can access standards through sai global. Not sure if universities have access to all of them.
Rmit only has access to AS and ISO. Monash has access to pretty much everything.
Small tip: If anyone wants to bypass the 3 day download restriction, redact the JavaScript from the downloaded pdf.
