Love this game from my Dreamcast days and been looking to pick it up again on Steam. Didn't see it feature on the main Steam sales page but I noticed it is 50% off now till July 1.

from memory, this game is ridiculously hard by vertical shooter standards!
It was old school hard so I was quite pleased to see that the Steam version allows "Free Play" mode with unlimited continues now. Works well with 2 XBox360 controllers that I tried as well using IR USB cable.
Don't buy this game until the very last day. It may pop up as a flash sale.
Another SHMUP game you might like is EtherVapor and Astebreed (made by Edelweiss). Both are pretty good indie titles.
It's been $10 since release on steam and only 5 days ago dropped to $5 for the first time. Can't imagine it dropping anymore?
