This is the best price for Sniper Elite 3 currently. The store, "City of Games", is based in Melbourne and shipping is free.
I believe this is a UK import and is thus fully compatible with Australian consoles. The price is advertised as $58.95 for the PS4/XB1 versions, but the coupon code "WELCOME" will knock 5% off the price.

$56 is about as good as it gets for a new release on PS4/XB1. I suppose you could wait a few months for a bargain bin price if you're not overly eager.

Yeah, the scores are about what I expected for a mid-tier game. Wolfenstein, which I thoroughly enjoyed, reviewed similarly.
If you like sniping in your games, I don't think you can go wrong with Sniper Elite. From the Eurogamer review:
"The package as a whole is still very much a rough diamond, but it's a definite improvement over its predecessor. … Even with its flaws, though, Sniper Elite 3 is a solidly enjoyable mid-tier action game. It may not hit the bullseye, but it's getting closer with every shot."
Most people have a pile of games, digitally or physically , it's the best BIN price, but you're not selling me on this with that
If you have a pile of games, then by all means stick to them. I'm not attempting to "sell" the game to anyone. This is a good price for those interested in the game and/or the series, such as myself. For what it's worth, IGN has given the game 8.2/10. Summary:
"Sniper Elite III's open level designs and objectives pack in more than enough variety and stealthy tension to counterbalance its thin story and shaky enemy intelligence, and experimenting with its explosive traps is almost as fun as popping skulls with a sniper rifle.
The skeleton-shattering, long-distance kills are still its riveting centerpiece, of course, but even without the element of dumb fun they offer, Sniper Elite III would still be a smart, unexpectedly memorable experience."
I agree Hayden120. Enjoyed Sniper II and are keen to play this one.
Will this copy play online with an Australian Account? Are there any differences to this and a copy I would buy from and Australian Retail store (Australian Released copy)?

Yup, all PS4 games are region-free and fully compatible with Australian consoles. Online will work fine.
The only difference to the Australian version will be the UK age rating printed on the cover and disc.
May be the cheapest yet but still a high price …
