Yes, coffee is free at work and 7/11 coffees are $1 and coffees at Krispy Kreme are also $1. But as you mentioned, Oliver Brown World square is a cool place to sit back and relax a bit, nice looking furniture and interior too. So I guess you pay a dollar extra for that :)
I haven't tried 7/11 coffee, however they recently started promoting $1 banana bread as well. Could be the combo to convert me.
their banana bread is probably not made of very healthy ingredients (i.e. tons of sugar and carbs)
sydney is pretty expensive place with rents and high wages.

Is that a small coffee equivalent?
I had one this morning (sit in one) and the cup was exactly the same as in the picture. Different places have different sizes and lots of places only do regular and large (cup or a mug). But I guess comparing it bigger coffee chains like Gloria Jeans or Starbucks, this would be considered small.
Godamn i just walked past this place today but didnt see the sign
ended up going to campos for $4 coffeeneed to buy 2 from oliver brown next time to get the $4 savings to offset

I guess this is okay if you want to grab a coffee and chill at a nicer looking place. Otherwise, if you have nothing against the taste (I don't), the coffees at 7-Eleven are $1. Coffee is possibly free at your workplace too.
