  • Can you price beat online ? if not, then 5% online purchase is not applicable.

  • new weber q models are released

    q1000/q2000/q3100
probably getting rid of old stock

    • revisions on new model are significant only on q 1000 & q2000, with split grills

on Q3100, only skirt looks different. The grills seem to have an extra layer or enamel

  • How can you use the 5% welcome? To price match online you need to call over the phone and pay via CC. The code cannot be used.

Masters doesn't price match clearance items. I found out the hard way

Err why are you negging this Ray's outdoors deal because of Master's price match policy?

      • not to mention webers aren't on clearance :)

Thanks for the post Tonester. Pretty rare to find Weber on special. I was interested in the Q200 which is cheaper at Ray's Outdoor online store plus the catalogue discount. I phoned Masters 1300 number to get the 10% price beat to my online click and collect purchase, with a view to getting the Ray's Outdoor online price plus 10% discount, then Masters 10% price beat, plus 5% first online purchase.

The phone operator very quickly said they would beat the online price but not the 10% discount in the Ray's catalogue. I decided not to argue and went in-store on the way home with printed copies of the online price and catalogue page.

In-store they had to check with three people but I had no trouble getting the discounts. In fact they gave me a straight 20% off Ray's online price which is a better outcome than taking the Ray's Outdoor 10% off, which was store stock only, then 10% off that discounted price.

The final washup was BBQGalore price $377, Purchased Q200 at Masters for $280 :)

So all in all a poor experience with the 1300 operator but good experience in-store.

    • so is the online price normally 10% less than in-store, hence the 10% catalogue discount you mention?

i thought online and in-store were the same - the 10% off of this deal is the current catalogue special :)

  • Also got the Kettle one touch gold price matched at masters. $389 down to $327

  • thanks
